Fit Rise 365 Members Site Overview
One of the main benefits of the Fit Rise 365 membership is access to the Fit Rise 365 members site at members.fitrise.com! For a closer look at all of the amazing features available through this platform, click here.
Nothing is more frustrating than not being able to log in when you're ready to do an awesome workout or calm your mind with a meditation!
If you have issues logging in, the easiest step to take first is to use the Forgot Password option on the login page. Be sure you are logging in at members.fitrise.com as the Forever Fit login site is no longer active.
Once you've hit Forgot your password?, you will be asked to confirm your email address. Be sure you are using the email address associated with your Fit Rise membership. If you would like to switch the address used as your primary Fit Rise email, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org. Otherwise, once you've confirmed your email, you will be sent a link to reset your password.
If you're still unable to get in, please email us at email@example.com and we can set a temporary password for you and make sure your account is active in the site.
Changing your Password
If you need to change your password, you can do so at any time through your profile. Once logged in to members.fitrise.com, scroll down to the bottom left and click My Profile. Once your profile has opened up, just enter your new password, confirm it in the next field, hit Save and you're all set!
Occasionally, you may receive a privacy setting error that will block any videos from playing. There are a few things you can do to get those back up and running!
Cookies must be allowed and check that Vimeo (our video hosting service) is not blocked. Go to Settings > Advanced > Privacy > Content Settings > Cookies
Clearing your cache and browsing history is a great catch-all for technology issues. In your browser, open your history and select to clear browsing data for all of time.
If none of these things work, try another browser (Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, etc.) or another device if possible.

There are so many great features of the Fit Rise members site that it can be hard to keep track! We've provided a detailed description of how to navigate each part of the site to make sure you get the most out of your membership.

Upon logging in, you'll automatically arrive on your dashboard. This page holds lots of info, including a breakdown of today with your next meal, today's workout, and today's meditation. You can also navigate easily to your 7-day plan via the SEE COMPLETE PLAN link at the top of the page or the SEE MY FULL 7 DAY PLAN a little lower on the page. The bottom of the dashboard lets you check out the current featured recipes, workouts, and meditations if you need some inspiration!
Next 7 Days
The Next 7 Days option on the left side (or via one of the dashboard links) lets you look at your upcoming week in a bit more detail.
Check out View Meal Plan to see the recipes for that day or View Meal Calendar to see the upcoming meals for the next month! If you want to make any changes to the calendar you see in the plan or calendar, simply click to Swap this recipe to change it out for one of your favorites or maybe something new.
When viewing the recipes, you also have icons that will allow you to mark a recipe as complete, favorite a recipe, download it, or print it for ease of use.
On your Next 7 Days, you can also navigate to the assigned workouts by clicking on the thumbnail, mark complete, view workout/meditation plan to start today's workout or swap it for another, or view workout/meditation calendar to see the upcoming month's videos.
Recipes, Workouts, and Meditations
In addition to the monthly calendars, the menu on the left side of the page will also allow you to access your favorites and libraries of all Fit Rise 365 recipes, workouts, and meditations! Have a favorite you're looking for? Use the search function within the libraries to search by name or use the filters to narrow it down.
In addition to the calendar, favorites, and library, you'll see that the Recipes sections has an extra option for Grocery List. After you've customized your menu, go to Grocery List to build a handy grocery list with all of the ingredients needed for your chosen meals!
Follow the guide and, when you're done, you'll have a list you can download or print to bring with you on your next grocery run.
To navigate easily to the Fit Rise 365 facebook group, the page is conveniently linked via the Facebook Group option on the left-hand menu.
Did you know that you can access all of the recent Fit Rise 365 mini-challenges in one easy place? Check out the Mini-challenges tab for all links and instructions you need to complete your favorite mini-challenge or try a new one.
FAQ & Guidelines
The FAQ & Guidelines is the place to go if you've ever wondered why we drink Dandelion tea or what to do if you're traveling. This page has information on meals and timing, swapping, ACV, and most questions you could think to ask. Danette's goal for this group is to empower you all to take control of your health and know that you have the strength and tools to do so and this is a great place to start.
Food & Exchanges
Easily a tie for the most important page with the last, the Food & Exchanges tab provides you with a daily meal guideline (how much of each kind of nutrient to eat in a day), food exchanges and recommended food. This is great for those with extra dietary restrictions or if you're cooking for a picky eater.
Check out the Live Videos tab to catch up on any Mindset Mondays you've missed or want to revisit, extra time with Danette, and live workouts. All feature archives so you can find what you're looking for, and then some!
The Lotus Journal
The Lotus Journal tab lets you walk through the most recent edition of Danette's new newsletter featuring recipes, inspiring articles, and updates on some of our sisters. To check out the whole edition, click CONTINUE READING.
Danette has also provided a Printable Tracker to help you track your eating habits for up to 31 days per sheet. Just remember to honor Mother Earth and recycle when you're done!
My Profile is where you can update your personal and contact info, reset your password, and update your fitness and health information as you progress through your membership.
