You can eat the same recipe every day as long as you stick with the correct order or meal plan. You are more than welcome to swap meals as long as you use breakfast for another breakfast, lunch for lunch, snack for snack, and dinner for another dinner. Please be reminded though that you should still follow the correct meal order so breakfast should still be the first meal.
