Lemon Water with Cayenne Pepper & Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar Ingredients:
✯ 1 c.(235 ml) Warm Water
✯ ½ Squeezed Fresh Lemon
✯ 1 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
✯ Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
Just squeeze ½ fresh lemon in 1 c. (235 ml) warm water with the apple cider vinegar and a pinch of cayenne pepper.
*Make sure you get a brand that contains "the mother" on your label.
