If your login doesn't work there are a couple of steps to try.
1) Be sure you are logging in to this URL: https://members.fitrise.com/
2) Clear your cache and cookies and try to log in again. This often resolves the problem.
3) Make sure you've installed any recent system updates to your device.
4) Send an email to Support@DanetteMay.com with details of the error or problem you are having. Be sure to include which device you are using to access the Fit Rise (formerly Forever Fit) site.
