No, Kombucha is not considered a snack during the challenge. Stick to 10 grams of sugar or less - and make sure to look at the serving size. Many say 10 grams but have 2.5-3 servings which mean one bottle actually has 30 grams of sugar in it!
We recommend GT’s gingerade, trilogy, and original which only have 4 grams of sugar total per bottle. (You can have ½ bottle plus a snack)
