Ezekiel is sprouted, which removes most of the gluten. It still contains trace amounts, so those with celiac should avoid.
ONLY Ezekiel bread is allowed on this challenge which is sprouted wheat and contains gluten. No other gluten is allowed. Sprouted wheat is much easier for the body to digest and process VS other forms of wheat.
