If you're not able to start the 30-Day Challenge right away, no problem!
Here's what we suggest you do:
Download the meal plans and meditations then bookmark the workouts on your computer or device when you receive them in your email each week. When you are ready to go over them, you can access them anytime.
Please note that when you are part of the challenge, you can join the 30-Day Challenge group in Facebook. However, if you start the program at a later date, the Facebook group may have already been disabled since it will only be available for the duration of 30 days beginning on Day 1 of the challenge.
